Exchange Policy

How to Return an Item
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery via email, phone, or contact form. Provide order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions and address.
Package the Item
Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Include the RAN slip.
Ship the Item
Send the item to our return address using a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email.
