2. Products and Services

Dubai Gift specializes in premium master copy products. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • All products are master copy/replica items
  • Products are sourced from China and other international suppliers
  • Quality may vary and is subject to the nature of replica products
  • Colors may appear different due to monitor settings

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Additional charges may apply for express shipping

4. Ordering and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment that we have received your order, and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
  • In case of unavailability, full refund will be processed

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping services within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within UAE
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
  • Free delivery on orders above AED 500
  • Delivery address must be accessible by our courier partners

6. Returns and Exchanges

Given the nature of our products (master copies), we have specific return and exchange policies:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • No returns accepted for customized or personalized items
  • Exchanges subject to product availability

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

Due to the nature of master copy products, warranties are limited:

  • No warranty on product authenticity (as these are replicas)
  • Limited warranty on manufacturing defects (30 days)
  • No warranty on normal wear and tear
  • Dubai Gift is not liable for any damages resulting from product use

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
